Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please understand that each and every product made by TinaKelly is made with love. The lotions and hair butters cannot be resold after they are returned or exchanged.  Because of this, I cannot offer return, refunds and exchanges.  Even if you have not used the product I still cannot offer any type of refund

Sanitization

TinaKelly's products are always made in a 100% clean kitchen.  A mask is always used when making the Caliya line products.  Our tools are cleaned with sanitizing products after each batch of products are made.

Consistency

Some products may arrive already melted because there are no chemicals to hold them into place, every product ingredient is natural.  You can make the consistency thicker by placing it in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.  Or you can make it softer by putting the container in warm water.  The products are put into tins to make the warming/cooling process easy. 

UPS & Shipping

Please make sure to put your correct address at checkout.  After we ship off the hair products it is up to UPS to get it to the correct home/apartment address.  If you do not receive your package we cannot offer you a full refund, but we can accommodate you the best way we can. 

Please allow 2-10 business days for your orders to process and 2 more days for your orders to ship.  We do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible. But please be patient with us because we are a small team.  All of our products are hand made and packaged by hand.  It will be worth the wait!

Ingredients Info

Please note that we do our best to clean each utensil in between each batch of product mixture, but sometimes ingredients from other products may get mixed together.  It is rare that this happens but it is something to keep in mind.

Test Patch

Please always do a test patch with your  products to make sure you aren't allergic to any of the natural and safe ingredients. 

Heat Advisory

Because there are no preservatives in some of the products, some of them may arrive melted.  We are working on adding ice packs to each package to keep the consistency soft.  Until then, take a look at the “tips” tab on the Kelly website to fix the consistency if needed.
